1. 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Hygiene & Safety Standards
Due to the nature of undergarments and for the health and safety of all our customers (human and animal), we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
- Items covered in pet hair or showing signs of use.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
Our X-ray visible thread is engineered for durability, but if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or the specialized thread appears compromised upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address]. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and a priority replacement at no cost to you.
4. The “Pet Ate It” Policy
We know why you’re here! If your pet has already “tested” the product by ingesting it, the item is, for obvious reasons, no longer eligible for a standard return. However, we love our community—send us your story (and hopefully a successful X-ray photo!), and we will send you a 25% discount code for your replacement pair.
5. How to Start a Return
- Email us at returns@radiantundergarments.com with your order number.
- Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
